✨ REFUND & RETURN POLICY (INTERNATIONAL)

Please note that all international orders are final sale.

However, we accept returns and refunds (not exchanges) in the following cases only:

• You received the wrong item

• You received a defective item

📩 To request a return, contact us via Line: @marvymarvy or email at marvymarvy.official@gmail.com within 2 days after receiving your order.
Please include your order number, item code, and reason for return.

✅ Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

• Returned only after approval from our staff

❌ We do not accept returns if:

• You changed your mind (size, color, etc.)

• Items were damaged after delivery

• The return wasn’t approved in advance

⏳ Refunds take 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
